Rooted deeply in the rich cultural ethics of Central India, Dr. Ramashankar Agrawal’s character was forged in the crucible of traditional family values. Raised under the strict yet loving guidance of his late father, Shri Hari Prasad Agrawal (popularly remembered across the region as Happy Seth), and his mother, Smt. Shanti Devi, he learned early on that true honor lies in self-reliance, rigorous hard work, and absolute honesty.
When setting out on his professional path, he chose the road less traveled. Armed with architectural precision and engineering insight, he eventually channeled his energy into creating an educational sanctuary where knowledge is prioritized over commerce. Standing side-by-side with him through every trial and transition, his wife, Smt. Aruna Agrawal, provided the quiet, steadfast support and shared administrative leadership that became the bedrock of the entire institution’s success.

Managed entirely at his own expense and distributed freely, it was created specifically to bridge the historical gap in high-quality learning resources for regional students.
