Our director’s personality perfectly matches the ancient proverb: ‘Like a coconut, rough and rigidly disciplined on the outside to maintain absolute institutional standards, yet incredibly soft and compassionate on the inside.’ He treats every employee on this campus like a member of his own family.
I can never forget the incident in 2011 when one of our drivers, Sitaram Yadav, fell critical with severe pain at 2:00 AM. The moment Director Sir found out, he rushed directly to his home in the dead of night, arranged transport, moved him to a specialized private hospital in Nagpur, and bore the entire cost of treatment himself while granting him full paid leaves. Under his protection, every single worker feels completely safe and secure.
